Medicine Woman Inner Guidebook

Not the version I was hoping for.

I use these cards just for myself. The book has helped me get clearity and to consider more than the day to day material stuff. I am more aware now of the bigger picture and what will help me to stay centered and grounded to become a better person more inline with my own moral values and beliefs.

Highly satisfied. I love the layout of the book. I just wish the pics of the cards inside were bigger so when you read about the card you can see the details in the cards. You can always grab the deck and look for the card while you read, but it’s not really convenient to bring the deck with me everywhere I go. Great insights about the cards though. And there are meditations and exercises/activities you can do for each of the Major arcana cards. These really help you understand the ideas that these cards represent.

I so like it alot but it is more of a vaugue explanation of the cards. This isn't a guidebook for yourself necessarily. Only specific to the cards. I like what they say but it just isn't quite what I expected. I really haven't evwn found the explanations to match what readings I have done with the cards.

I worked with this deck for 2-3 years before buying the book. I think this book is a great enhancement for a beautiful deck! I don't understand why people are bitching about it being a disgrace to Native American culture, she may not talk about specific customs of specific tribes, but she clearly states that the book is an overall homage to the ways of living in harmony with the land. I love how every card description inspires me to look at my current situation in the most positive and productive ways possible. Really beautiful descriptions and exercises. The only complaint I have is that a few things seem a bit arbitrary, like the astrological signs associated with each Major Arcana. Maybe if there were a description of how they relate. Definitely not a reason to forgo using this guidebook. If you have gotten to know and love the Medicine Woman deck like I have, this book will only help.

A great deck to get to know. The feel of the cards is soft and they have a good glide. Good for a riffle shuffle. I would suggest purchasing the companion book as it gives wonderful insight. This is one of my favorite personal decks which I use for my own readings. I do not use this deck for clients as this is one for my own self discovery. I use this deck daily and I think any and all will be delighted with this purchase. The deck comes in a flip top box and as I said the companion book is golden.

Bought this bc I lost the original guidebook that came with the deck. This book goes in to WAY more detail about things! So informative!

I was gifted the medicine women tarot cards, the small booklet within is brief and not in-depth at all. I purchased the book and was surprised by what it all entailed inside! Meditations are included as wellGreat purchase

I feel like this book is a must in order to fully understand and appreciate the card meanings. There is a plethora of other information available from meditations and affirmations to exploration on gaining balance, your individual jounrey, chakras, incredibly evocative card meanings, amonst other things.Often the picture is explained within these and whilst I feel you can intuite the cards and this is most definitely part of my process, this book is a delight to have to further my connection with them. I often have a read through some of the books content even when I'm not doing a card reading.I love her idea of us uniting into a new reality in the future where we live in balance with the earth and each other. It discusses her ideas and creation of this deck which for me again was really interesting.I truly cherish both my deck and book. I was extremely lucky to find a UK market seller on Amazon.

A more in-depth description for each card. I highly recommend this guide book if you are serious about working with this deck.
