iSpring Housing O-Ring, 3 1/2", for RCC Series RO System and Countertop Water Filter Housing Sump O ring ORFx3, Black, 3 Piece

I ordered the 3 pack of O-rings from Amazon for the 5 stage I-Spring reverse osmosis system. The ones I received were too small to stay in the groove, and therfore leaked. I called I-Spring and Nick said he wasn't sure which ones Amazon had sent me, because I-Spring doesn't offer a 3 pack. He promised to get me the right ones at no cost. Hard to find customer service like that anymore.UPDATE: I received an email from Nick at I-Spring. He has decided to upgrade me to a new head unit, so parts will continue to be available in the future. WOW!!! Unbelievable customer service.

I have had a iSpring 7 stage RO filter for almost 7 years at home and we love it. Obviously as time goes on the o-rings that seals the canister does go bad and I ended up getting these from amazon. The surprising thing was, how good iSpring support is for a product 7 years out. Don from Customer Service was so helpful in helping me sort out some issues with the leak and did send me some extra o-rings but also I ended up getting these from amazon as it was quicker to ship.Obviously I am super pleased with my RO purchase and more so with how well the product is supported even after so many years.

Have been using iSprings for years now and even after this time their products and customer service is always top notch, if you need help Nick is my go-to and has helped me for years.

These were the wrong size. Easy to return

I was at my 6 month pre-filter change interval and decided to purchase these replacement o-rings to install when I replaced the 3 pre-filters. I had no reason to change the o-rings other than to be pro-active so as to avoid the potential for future leaks. After replacing all 3 filters and their respective o-rings, I had quite a shock when all 3 began leaking as soon as I re-pressurized the system. I have never had a drop of leakage from my system and the leaks from these o-rings made quite a mess! After shutting down the system, removing the 3 filter housings and replacing the new o-rings with the original (old) o-rings, and re-pressurizing the system, NO LEAKS. These o-rings do not fit properly in the groove molded into the housings. In fact, they kept falling out and when I removed the housings after the leak experience, I could see that portions of the o-rings had actual been displace from the groove. End result: LEAKAGE! I think I will wait until the old o-rings begin to fail before trying to replace them again. Hopefully by then, they will have an o-ring that does not leak.

Just what I needed. Perfect fit.

My water unit was not one of those listed, but it looked like a 3.5 o-ring was what I needed, so bought those. Unfortunately, it was a bit too small and so I had to stretch one out until it could fit. The nice thing is that it did not brake, and work out fine. All is well now, no leak, ready to go camping :)
