I used voltas beko DT8 for last 3 years. And now switched to this because DT8's motor got issue. Anyone buying dishwasher must keep in mind that this machine is relatively new to technicians and they lack knowledge of dishwashers. The DT8 showed overflow error and voltas technician suggested me to dig a hole in the plastic panel in the bottom below sensor so that the error will go! What a fo*l!! That sensor arrangement is there to check and do necessary repair and this guy told me to dig a hole so that error will go. Then after an year because the leak was there, the motor got issue, this time they said they don't have the gaskets part numbers they want physical parts and bla bla bla. Motor cost 4-5k. To sum up, repairing a dishwasher is waste of time and money. .So better to scrap old one and buy new like this- best bargain for the price. Can easily accomodate all utensils of 2 times meal/snacks of a family of three considering the fact that some utensils like wooden spoons, melamine cookware, cooker lid cannot be placed in dishwasher. It covers all the area of tray well and cleans the utensils. If you develop good understanding of how to place utensils to get best result from the machine, it will make your life easy. The best part of this machine over DT8 is its big size, adjustable trays, spoon buckets and good arrangement for big plates in bottom tray. In DT8, the big plates tend to trap in water jet fan. So you cannot place more than 2 plates in it. That is not the case in this dishwasher. The machine is little noisy when drain starts than DT8. The programs in this machine are slightly different but they do their job best. We use intensive kadhai program which lasts 170 minute similar to intensive program in DT8 so that milk and rice pots get cleaned well. I have few important suggestions for dishwasher buyers- 1. Amazon guys deliver and open the products in front of you. While you will see 4 sides and top, make sure to check bottom plate as well. It is a very important part of dishwasher as it detects leak. This part is fitted with plastic snapfits and there is high possibility that they may get broken. So tilt the machine and check bottom plate without fail. 2. Keep atleast 0.5 -1 foot area in front of Inlet and outlet free and flat. If the pipes get slightest kink, it may result in overflow. 3. Top cover is kept loose. You just have to tighten the screws. 4. Do not select dishwasher on the basis of number of programs. We use hardly 2 programs which are sufficient for a load of a family. 5. 8 place, 12, place , 13 place etc are irrelevant in indian scenario. Look at the photo, you wil get it. Select a dishwasher based on its size, whether you can adjust height of middle tray. I used DT8 for 3 years. Our only complaint was small size of it.

Don’t buy Spending money on this product is a waste of time and money. First there is no installation provided I had to spend extra 2k to get it installed. Inspite of numerous calls to Amazon and the seller, no support was provided. After installation as well, the product doesn’t work well. I have to wash all the utensils again via hand as it doesn’t clean dirt at all. It just removes utensils under water without scrubbing . Utensils aren’t clean even after running a 3hr cycle. And as it has no return option inspite of being under window the support is not provided. Extremely pathetic experience.

Good quality product & easy to install,well functioning, too compact few inches height is essential often. Quite & smooth, durable one. Thank you.

Advantage 1. Cost Effective 2. Good enough for people with less utensils 3. High end features 4. Table top in Kitchen- So no hassle of moving utensils Disadvantage 1. Does not clean hard stains effectively. 2. Does not clean effectively atleast 10% of Utensils put in the machine mostly heavily soiled. 3. Can only use SS and glass utensils. But Dishwashing time has reduced from 1 hour to just 10 minutes for my family. This can wash most Dishes but not all. Helps reduce time in washing dishes. So, do not purchase with very high expectation as all Dishwasher has this disadvantage.

ok performance. It doesn’t clean milk vessels well, so I still wash them separately. Installation took three days with multiple follow ups, and having the tap outlet ready is important to avoid extra charges. Hoping it works well in the long run.
