This items needs no introduction, as it has been the number one supplement for joints in sports. However, I am a bit disappointed on Amazon's delivery packaging, which was all dented out of shape and seal broken. I counted all 44 packs were present, and being an old Amazon customer did not return it.

You can buy the ingredients separately e.g. Kirkland Signature Extra Strength Glucosamine 1500Mg/Chondroitin 1200Mg Sulfate and multivitamin from other brands like Optimen and make your own blend that will come out to be cheap and will last >90 days than 44 days if the seller are going to stick at 4000 ₹

It's one of the greatest thing available on the planet for bodybuilders for their joints and Pain relief. I've been bodybuilding from last 10 years since then there was no pain but in 2017 I got few pains in my joints. I've tried almost each and everything from fish oil to what not. This product workss for my Knee. Now a days every one is working for building their muscle without focussing on their basement. So far so good. I had a pedicle screw fixation done couple of years ago, and wanted strength building of my core with no pain whatsoever. Been taking it for 25 days , almost regularly. Definitely, within 2-3 weeks the effects start to surface. Couple it with relevant exercises in regulated environment, for better results.

Awesome product. I used almost 5 packs and each time it helped to heal joint problems and injuries due to heavy workout. This time I am taking it for 2 nd degree osteoarthritis and really it worked like magic. Just in 2 packs my knee is almost recovered. great product, i definitely felt the difference. But switching to RSP just because of number of pills.
