Hard to understand.

I love the book. Every health minded person should have this book. Stanley Burroughs is referred by many of my favorite authors health books one in particular on essential oils. His homemade eye drops work better than prescription drugs and are safer as I had a reaction to an antibiotic. Don't hesitate.

I'm not done with the book yet, but what I have read is very informative.

Best book I ever purchased, only one ever found with foods broken down according to alkalinity versus acidity. Color light therapy easily understood.
