I purchased this warmer in Nov 2018. It was nice enuf for the price of $40. The warmer was not heat adjustable which was no problem for me. I kept it out & use it occasionally to keep dinner warm or reheat cold food. 2 years later to the month of Nov 2020, it died. I feel that was not an Acceptable amount of time for a “quality product” to last especially with no moving parts & being gently used & not stored. I would normally not repurchase an item that I don’t feel I received my monies worth out of, but in this case I have to because it is the only size that fits the spot where I need it. So I did reorder it again only this time it has a heat censer that turns it off. I used to be able to put cold food from the fridge on to the warmer & it would gently reheat leftovers to perfect temp without over cooking or drying out. Now, when I put cold food on it & come back, the unit has turned itself off & food is Luke warm at best. I can’t count on it to keep food hot or warm it up. So unless you can watch it constantly, to make sure you can turn it back on, it is worthless.

Packaging and delivery were great. The warmer heats up quickly and will keep warm or even rewarm small to medium size pans of food. The cord is long enough to use the warmer on a side table up against a wall with an outlet. Very hot to the touch but that's to be expected. Bought two and use them regularly!

Costway Warming Tray is super convenient. The size is perfect for our dining table. It can be safely used on the table top without worrying about it becoming hot on the underside. We have a plastic table covering that is not affected when we use our warming tray. We have used it to keep more than one bowl warm at the same time.

When I got the box started opening it, very handy tabs to make the box open up easily.It really does an amazing job keeping my food hot，keep the food at perfect temperature.

So I want to love this but it doesn’t heat up the same all over. I bought it to melt colored chocolate in a cupcake pan. One pan on it but it heats certain areas more. It cleans great. The size is a good size for not having space. Just wish it heated up better and all over. Not just certain spots.

This thing arrived as it was warped! I would say it was 1/4 to 1/2 inch from being level and consequently it rocked from front left to back right. Tried to work with vendor and their solution, after three email interchanges each with a 24 lag, their solution was to cut one of the rubber pads! Mind you now, the top was still warped! Returned the device for a replacement (yet to arrive).Separately, my “new” unit seemed to have been returned before. A bit of tell tale scratch tape was still attached.We will see what the replacement holds at some point in the future…

I am a fan. Easy to clean, warms well. The dial turns at a 90 degree angle and there is no indicator on heat level, but you can easily gauge where you are at. Some oil spilled on my warming tray and clean up was a breeze. A simple glass cleaner does the trick. Overall, great item.

I purchased this warming tray for my daily meal. It keeps my dinner dishes nice and warm . Adjustable temperature control, It works great and easy to clean. Great warming tray! It heats up quickly!! The size is perfect for several bowls or a large platter. it's great for party too.
