It smells a bit like paint, but that fades fast once you take it out of the plastic bag. I found this tissue nicely thick and with good metallic sheen on the outside. The backside is not really colored. I use it for party crackers, and it looks and performs great. This is a good wrapping tissue, or for packaging fancy gifts. I'm not sure it would work well for collages, but it takes glue stick very well on the back side.

So it is true that it does have a strong smell to it. Most likely the ink smell it's been opened sitting outside for 2 days and it still pretty smelly. I'm using it for a piñata so it won't affect anything but I don't recommend if ur going to use to wrap a gift like clothing or anything like that I would say just for craft. The color is pretty on both the silver and gold and they are not thin and delicate also are big.

These tissue sheets are made of good quality and perfect size for gift bags.

A beautiful compliment to the out-of-town wedding guest gift bags! It was a big hit!

Used for stuffing gift bags. This is very thick for tissue paper, but I like that because I'm not constantly ripping it when packing gifts. I gave it 4 stars because it STINKS. I can't put my finger on what it smells like but it's not good and it's strong. I was actually worried the clothes I put in the bag with it might start to stink too. I'll use what I have but I won't buy again.

I'm using product for lining candy boxes for my sister's birthday party. This paper very pretty and it is strong. Nothing flimsy about it. Would definitely purchase again. Very happy. Thank you.

I love that these come pre-cut in the perfect little size for wrapping tiny gifts and for a little extra proof to come out of a gift bag. Great quality.

Paper was great quality, did not rip easily, and had a great sheen.

Good price, but the product has a strong unpleasant odour from the manufacturing process.

The wrapping paper is really beautiful... But i just opened it and the stench was hard to stomach! I guess it is from the dyeing process, and I'm hoping it can be aired out, but it is unusable as is.
