Q: Do all of these fit the 2018 lariat?

I had to drill some holes and file out shapes in some of the panels to fit the newer switches of the 2018 , but i’m Happy with how it turned out .

Q: How many comes in order? is it sold individually or in a pair? it's stated 1pc. so do i need to order two?

Im not sure if it will fit an 18' F150 I installed this on a 17' not sure if body stlyes are similar.

Q: My keypad retainer clips broke and the keypad is loose on the door, does anyone think this would secure it back in place?

No, I dont think so. This piece mounts to the flat part of your pillar. There is no support to hold the buttons.
