My dog ​​has kidney problems and the specific food in the USA is very expensive, in addition to the fact that you need a vet prescription to buy it, and my dog ​​doesn't like it. I tried this 1 year ago, good price, no vet fees for the prescription and I always find the bowl clean 😉

My Senior Cairn Terrier loves the food. He was becoming a fussy eater but not with this food. I see a positive change in him already. Keeping paws crossed it continues. Since he's a senior I thought the low protein and phosphorus would benefit his health.

I originally wrote a review and only gave it two stars because my dog wouldn't eat it. It's a week later, and all of a sudden she has decided she likes this food and is gobbling it down. She hasn't had any "accidents" for a few days, so hopefully it's helping her kidneys.

My Aunt's 10 year old miniature wiener dog has been having bowl and urine problems for a while now and she has had to be very careful what she feeds him. My aunt's vet suggested he may be experiencing a reaction to food sourced from active farming where the animals were fed antibiotics as a preventative. He suggested we try tuna with rice and potato mix, a formula which was bland enough that it seemed to work but he got tired of it. He seems to be very sensitive to food changes, even treats. We've tried several special formula pet foods which did help some but no better than what she was feeding him. We introduced the Forza10 canine formula with lamb and he liked it right away. My aunt noticed very soon that his stools were more solid and he seemed to settle down some, not needing to go "outside" to do his business so often. We think we have a winner and my aunt is going to mention this to her dog's vet!The only downside is the cost of this formula but it is worth it for my aunt as her dog is a very small breed and this formula seems to help her little doggie more than anything else!

The original formula was truly a benefit for those of us dealing with dogs fighting kidney issues. However, the new formula is horrible (texture and smell) and my dog, who absolutely loved the original formula, won’t touch it. The formula was changed with no notice and after spending $70+ I now have 24 packets of the food that will go to waste. It would have been good to get some notice the formula was changing and there might be an issue. A totally waste of $70.

Tried a number of other foods for addressing kidney issues. My girl wouldn’t touch them after a couple servings. She gobbles this brand up.

My 14-year-old Min Dachshund is in the beginning stage of kidney disease, so my Vet recommended that I put her on a kidney-friendly diet. My vet told me that I may have trouble switching my dog's food, so she suggested that I introduce it slowly. My baby loves this food! She immediately took to it and so quickly that I am going to purchase this same brand in kibble bites. This way I can mix the two and make them last longer because it can get expensive. The follow-up labs 2 weeks later were better, so I will update after the 2 month follow-up.Update: Labs checking kidney function are all back to normal! However, it is getting difficult to find this dog food as many places run out of it.

Coco is a rescue taken by the police from an awful breeder. She's had a terrible life and due to mistreatment is a sick little girl. My vet said her kidneys were so bad he wasn't sure she'd make it. Lots of sub q fluids and care and she's hanging in there. This is the only food she will eat. Even though it's really expensive, the dog actually likes it and she's doing much better since she started eating it. It's been a literal life saver for us. My other dogs go crazy when they smell it. I tell them they are way too healthy for food this expensive!
