Very happy wife!
Reading the description, I was concerned about the required width of a 32 11/16 "opening". Our "opening" was wide enough except the hinges and screw heads took up some space, leaving about 32 1/4". It turns out the "base" is a bit wider than the "slide out drawer", which is exactly 32". So, I ended up with 1/8" clearance on each side of the drawer.Directions say it'll take about a half hour to install. That might be correct if you're installing your 3rd one and have figured out all the hints and kinks of getting things right the first time. I recommend allowing plenty of extra time. And, don't forget there's a helpful video on the Rev-a shelf website too.Directions say to use a 3/32" drill bit; I recommend 1/16" so you get a better "bite" with your mounting screws. Also, at one point you have to mount the "release levers" and those holes were not pre-drilled. Again, use the 1/16" bit and make sure you don't go all the way thru the nice maple board. Some of the instruction diagrams were drawn very small and I found it very handy to have a magnifying glass handy to see the fine detail. Another plug here for the video as there's a much better view of the parts in the video showing how they mount. They give you a full-size template for drilling your holes (very nice). I drilled in the center of the ovals and screwed the base pieces to the cabinet bottom only to find that I had them spread about an inch too far apart. I had to loosen the screws and slide the base pieces (slides) towards each other by about 1/2' on each side. Then with mounting screws still a bit loose, I laid the tray on top of the slides to check for proper fit, then tightened screws and added some more to each of the 4 brackets. Once you install the "rear slide brackets" you'll see that they are an inverted "U" shape (like a saddle) and ride on top of the slides. All things considered, it's an easy install, with a minimum amount of tools required. This was a "bottom mount" install and we like the product so much I plan on adding a side-mount shelf above it in the same cabinet.Delivery was quoted as 5 days but only took 2 days to Calif.

Nice but expensive and sloppy packing.
We like the sturdiness and good construction. But, directions for installation are terrible. The second one we ordered had NO instructions and no template. For the astronomical sum we paid, there’s no excuse for not having good installation instructions.

Not worth the money!
Not worth the money! This is my second order. My first order came with two left side slides. I returned it. The second order came damaged, see pic. The board is cheap particle board not solid maple. I will not purchase from Rev a Shelf again!

Wonderful Utility
We moved into a new house, and although the facilities were well set up, the shelves under the cook-top had a problem: they were not there! Having been used to sliding shelves in our previous house of 35 years, I went on a mission to find products that would do the job. This product was spot on for our needs!! The quality of the slides is excellent and we're delighted with the product and the result.

Too pricey
Was very nice but over priced so when I realized it was only one shelf I returned it

missing parts
It had a missing part which delay my contractor from finishing the project. Looks like a great unit but until I can get the right part I don't know if it's worth it.
