I would highly recommend this hot tub for anyone who wants easy set up and a very durable product. It only took about 15-20 minutes from unpacking to start filling it with water. It looks very nice on the porch and my granddaughter loves it. The cover that comes with it is a perfect fit so don’t worry about trying to shop for one in hopes it works out. Definitely 5 stars on looks, performance and again durability. Top quality material was used in making this hot tub.

This item more than met my expectations heats up faster than our old "namebrand" easy set up only thing I can nit pick is hose quality is not great seem very fragile I wrapped them in t-rex silicone tape for my own better feeling. And filters seem proprietary but are available on Amazon. I would rather they were available local store but other than that am loving this product.

I don't usually write reviews. It has been 5 months since we got this product. This hot tub is fantastic! It is a little pricey but worth the cost.It took about 25 minutes from box to adding water. It is heavy so a minimum of 2 people to set it up is suggested. Measurements are exactly as described. It fit perfectly in the spot we chose to place it before we ordered it. It says 4-6 people however, I do not think that more than 4 adults would be comfortable sitting in his hot tub. The cover is very nice with clips all around for security and heat retention. The ground cloth was just flimsy thin plastic so we ordered a thicker one to protect the bottom of the hot tub(also found on amazon, search portable hot tub ground cloth). The pump is easy to work and the water heats up to 104 in about 8 hours and stays there if you leave the heater function on. (It is not suggested to leave heat function on constantly). The hot tub is comfortable to sit in. The jets take a little getting used to as they are in the bottom ring of the tub circumfrencally instead of a few spots in the walls of the tub. We have not had any problems with leaks. The filters are easy to remove to clean/replace. Our pump did go out and we had to contact the seller. They were very easy to communicate with and offered solutions. When I was unable to resolve the problem they promptly sent me a new pump. I can't wait for much cooler days to enjoy this hot tub.

Easy assembly. Heating element the absolute worst, takes 12 hours to get to initial temperature. Electric bill went through the roof

Item came easy to assemble but stopped working on the second day. I have said numerous emails to the company and have yet to get a response about a replacement or a refund. I advise not to get this item from the seller

Good and sturdy (so far) BUT SUCKS for ease of draining and understanding post-set up things from the manual. CONS - DRAIN SPOUT DOES NOT WORK. HAD TO BUY A WATER PUMP TO DRAIN. - NO WAY FOR A TIGHT SEAL AROUND ANY OUTLET TO DRAIN including the actual drain spout if it worked - Crap outlet placement design - the drain spout is located underneath all the heater tubing AT GROUND LEVEL. This means you have to try and deal with using the outlet to drain the tub underneath your heater tubes and when water comes out have it pour out at your heater OR disconnect the heater tubing which, when tub is not empty, pours heavy flow water out ALL OVER!. Absolute asinine design!!! AND HAD TO FIGURE ALL OF THIS OUT WITHOUT HELP FROM A MANUAL - ALMOST FLOODED MY HOUSE!!!!! - Manual is crap - great for setting up but NOTHING RE MAINTAENCE/DRAINING - The spa cover pools with water no matter how tight you make it (mine is outside) - White portions of spa stain with everyday mud/dirt - Noisy heater. Sits about 6 feet from bedroom window and can hear pretty well at night - Bubbles are way too noisy and aggressive. Likely will never use. - Spa size limits what accessories you can buy. Everything out there is meant for larger tubs. PROS - Easy set up - Holds heat outdoors better than I thought it would - Great size. Takes up less space. - No trouble with air retention so far SUGGESTION - Buy a high density foam mat to put underneath to cushion your bum. Here is what I bought. https://a.co/d/60c03SV

This is such a great value! Easy to fill and blow up, solid side I can sit on. Hardest part was leveling the ground beneath. I suggest purchasing something to lay down first if putting on dirt. I love that I can pack it up if I want and take it to another place

Set up was great. Enjoyed it already! So far everything is working, sturdy, and the jet force is surprisingly wonderful for a portable hot tub. Delivery was quick and just in time for our hot weekend. Perfect timing! As discribed and better. Using a tarp for water cover, but thinking of a solar cover. Windy here, so it keeps the leaves etc out. Cover is heavy, so it would be easier. Overall a great item.
