Clear voice!!
Wow perfect headphones when talking for a long time on the phone my wife had to raise her voice so much to be heard all the time now she just talks regularly and every one she talks to comments on how clearly they hear her wish I would have gotten these lots sooner!!

Headset does not work with Cisco phone as other headsets of the same model did.
