Q: Does the size include tassels?

I think the size is the fabric. Not the tassels. I am happy with the tablecloth. It launders well.

If you don't get what you want, send it back.

Q: Does it remain water-resistant after washing?

Yes. You should wipe it off quickly when the water or stains on the table cloth.

Q: Is the coating on both sides or just the top?

Sorry I don’t really know as I have not used mine yet. However, I placed it on my table when I first received it. A beautiful table cloth and it looks like it is only waterproof on the top. I will find out when fall comes around I’m sure. Hope this helps you out😉
