This is the only shock that I will use in my pool. It gives me crystal, clear water, and it goes a long way. I add half a bag every couple of days and I never have algae in my pool. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants beautiful clear water all summer long. It’s a bit pricey compared to some other brands on the market, but in my opinion, it’s the only one that works, and does what it says it will do.

We've been using Smart Shock after BioGuard had to switch to a different formula of their pool shocking product; I believe because one of its ingredients was also used in making another product (batteries?) and it was hard to find and more expensive. We use two bags of Smart Shock per week plus a chlorine tablet in each skimmer and our water consistently tests out at 3.0 to 5.0. Just broadcast onto the pool surface. Perfect for swimming.

We have tried many different brands but always go back to BioGuard. Other products do not seem to work as well or leave our pool clear and sparkling like BioGuard.

I use this regularly. It is a product that helps me maintain my pool, quality of the water and healthy swimming experience!

Dissolves really well and works as expected.

I’ve bought this multiple times for the summer and always thought it was a great deal until I saw basically the same thing at Sam’s club for so much cheaper. Definitely switching once I’m done with this box
