Looks nice. Soft light brightens kitchen counter tops.
Bought 3 of these light fixtures in 2020 to replace others that were 10 years old. Had expectation of working life of 50,000 hours, as advertised. However, in June, 2022, one fixture stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer in Naperville, IL, and their customer service rep (Tammy) promptly replaced the broken one once I provided proof of purchase as it was covered by warranty. Disappointed that one broke that soon, but kudos to them for prompt replacement. The lights work great but are a little difficult to install, partly because of the limited space inside the fixture and the tight working space under the cabinets. But once installed, they look great. I would buy them again.

Gets the job done
One of 3 under cabinet lights fizzled after five years. I pulled the old fixture off (took a little head scratching to figure out how to remove it) I searched by model number and found this exact replacement - that’s nice because I didn’t have to install new mounting screws. You have to disassemble the light out of the package in order to install it. The instructions are pretty much worthless. I suggest that you take a marker and draw some hash marks to tell you how to reassemble the light once you get it mounted because you’ll be working upside down and in an awkward position. Clear plastic lens cover comes off easily with your fingers. The housing separates from the mounting plate with more difficulty. There are three small metal clips that hold the electrical housing in place. If your fingers are strong you might be able to pry this off. I had to use a tool which I inserted then rotated to bend metal slightly and pull the housing off.The wiring is straight forward and there is a retainer supplied in the parts bag to secure your conduit line to the mounting holes. There are some cheap wire nuts also supplied but you will need some electrical tape and a way to strip the fixture wires a little more to make a sturdy connection with your house wiring. Keep the Amazon box and use it to elevate the fixture as you are connecting the wires. The trickiest part is to arrange the wiring in the housing so that the wires don’t flop out and block you from re-clipping the housing back into the base plate. Again you are working upside down. I had to use duct tape to keep the wires from spraying as I lifted the housing into place. Again, it helps to use a pliers to gently bend the metal and allow the clips to engage. Finally, the plastic lens cover attaches easily.I fussed about finding an exact replacement because I wanted to match the color of the other undercabinet lights. Turns out that this was a futile effort. As LED lights age they get dimmer and change colors slightly. This new fixture is much brighter than the old ones and slightly more blue in tint. In order to match the colors exactly you would need to replace all the fixtures. Oh well, nobody is going to notice unless you call their attention to it

Brought 3 and 2 went out after 2 months. No warranty Do not buy
Contacted Good Earth Lighting directly for warranty and got crickets. Waste of money on product that claims 50,000 hour lamp life.

Barely lasted beyond warranty and then died.
I had to buy this replacement Good Earth fixture to replace one that I installed in my kitchen about 3 years and 2 months ago... just long enough for the warranty to expire.Maybe the LED's last forever, but the LED transformer that powers the LED died. A replacement transformer from an electrical supply house cost more than the whole fixture.Good Earth support was not very good at all. In spite of barely being out of warranty, they made no offer to replace it. They had no idea where to buy a new transformer. And, when I went to install the replacement unit, they had shifted all the parts around inside the unit, meaning that I had to change the wiring in the wall to accommodate. In short, I had to buy this Good Earth product to match the other fixtures in my kitchen. But otherwise, I would not buy because it didn't last and support was not very good.
