I got this for my daughter to take her meds every morning.... it has “legs” so you can lay it on its side, which you need to do to get the medicine out, when you put it back upright whatever drink you have in the bottle comes pouring out from under the cap & then it leaks into the pill compartmental & obviously dissolves the medicine.I still use it because it’s convenient, but my daughter basically has to let the pills fall out on the table since she has to keep it upright & I have to empty the bottle every time it needs to be refilled

The tracks on the bottle wouldn’t Keep it’s form / shape so I was unable to slide the pill caddy back on , which is why I purchased it in the first place I like the idea of having my vitamins with my water bottle.

Overall wonderful product! The bottle itself and the concept of the attachable pill box is awesome! HOWEVER, unfortunately the pill box is very slim and can’t hold many pills (especially if any of your medications are much bigger than a Tylenol gel cap). Great for a daily multivitamin or if you only have 2-3 medications a day. I take a multivitamin, probiotic and one small Rx medication in the morning, and 4 more Rx pills at night. One of my medications (1 morning, 1 night) were recently added to my regimen and I wasn’t able to fit them into the included pill box and had to go back to my old pill keeper, but I still love the bottle! The wide mouth makes it easy to clean with a bottle brush and I believe it is dishwasher safe as well. It also has 4 small pegs on the side to help keep it upright on its side to make the pill box accessible without having to take it out. Very cool bottle and not too bad on the price!

So I got this because I have a bunch of prenatals and other things to keep my pregnant body moving forward HA anyway I love it. I can keep my bulky bottles in the cubboard and have a weeks worth and what I need to take em all in one place! So far it’s amazing! (I have 1 large vitamin and 2 med and there’s room for 1-2 more med or a couple med & small pills. And yes the end days are a little smaller because of the shape.Would not recommend if you need A LOT of space but perfect

Absolutely perfect , removable pill dispenser when need to wash the bottle and individual opening can fit up to 6 pills in each compartment. I never forget to take a pill when having this bottle around and I drink a lot more water ever since purchasing this bottle . I definitely recommend this to all that are taking pills and need to hydrate because this is all you can ever ask for .

I love the concept - I take thyroid medication first thing in the morning, and this is PERFECT for that. The “downside” is that the medication holder makes it unsteady standing up - it tends to fall over when the bottle is less than 3/4 full of water, and when it falls over, sometimes the medication covers pop open - so far, my cats haven’t gotten into my medication, but I do have to watch carefully and make sure no pills fall on the floor. Make the medication caps a bit more “sticky” please!

I loved the idea of the efficiency of a pill case combined with a water bottle, but this was unfortunately pretty low quality. It's made of pretty cheap plastic for one, and the bottle leaks when you set it on its side (Which it is designed to sit on, as it has tiny little bumps to act as legs so it can stand on its side). It could be avoided if you didn't ever set it on its side, but it doesn't stand up as well. The pill case is pretty small, and not every day is the same size. Ultimately, I couldn't use the product since not all my pills could fit in it.

Finally I can remember to take my pills!!!This is seriously great. Doesnt leak, I've run it through the dishwasher a few times (top rack) and it has held up fine. The pill spot we're said to hold "2-3 pills" if I remember right, but they can hold plenty! I have 7 I take on a daily basis, and granted that some are small, they all fit with ease! Only weird spot is Saturday because it's curved, but they still fit!

Great item wish I had found this years ago it’s so simple yet very effective in that water and tablet is in one place and covered no chance of spilling any more water !!!

What a wonderful idea especially for Seniors. All we need to do is get in the habit of always taking the bottle when we go out - in case.
