Good starting kit for beginners and intermediate bakers. Comes with the necessary basic equipment. Good quality items.

As a new sourdough baker, I needed multiple tools and this kit has been good for that reason. Pros: The whisk is a nice sturdy quality. The plastic bowl scrapper is amazing and I use it the most out of all the tools. I use the brush to clean the liners of excess flour and it works well. The lame works as expected and I like that there are multiple blades and a lame cover. I haven't used the metal scrapper yet so can't judge that aspect. Cons: the proofing baskets are not a great quality. The surface is covered in wooden slivers, so you have to be careful handling them. One also had a completely cracked panel. The baskets still work but they are definitely something I'll have to replace soon or else I will end up with too many slivers from picking them up.

Perfect kit for sour dough production. I have used this set multiple times and everything is holding up well and easy to clean. I have not needed to use the scraper yet, but the baskets are good quality and the blade tool is wonderful for slicing a slit for the steam.

So useful. I've been using these baskets and utensils for a good while. The linen part of the baskets are easily washed (I pass it in a bit of water 1st and then throw it in the washing machine). I really like the bench scraper and the extra blades given with the bread lame tool are a nice touch to the whole package. I dont use the brush much and the white plastic bowl scraper is very hard and solid making it a bit difficult to use to those with little hand strength. All in all, a good set and cheaper than buying these items individually.

I love this, it has (almost) everything I need to bake sourdough loaves! (I've since bought silicone bread slings, they have been essential for me)

Dough whisk broke right away, but otherwise everything is as described and nicely packaged

Everything is very good, I used the liners to cover the bannetons and with a bit of flour in them, they don't stick. My only problem is the wooden bread scraper has a stain that comes off especially when it's wet.
