Exactly what I needed to complete my pool set up. Easy to install and this one has a pump timer on it.

When you purchase a pool as small as this 10ft diameter pool, the skimmer pump that is included is the SFX330. A pool this size will hold approximately 1100 gallons of water. I calculated that the pump will move approximately 300 gallons per hour at best. The SFX330 uses the type 1 paper filter which in my opinion is small and inadequate for the volume of water in a pool this size. I opted to replace the SFX330 with this skimmer pump the SFX1000 which moves a higher volume of water(1000gph). This pump uses the larger A/C paper filter and does a more than adequate job of filtering the water providing us with crystal-clear pool water. An added bonus is the countdown 24-hour timer built into the GFI. Set it and forget it and the pump will cycle on and off for the specified amount of time. The only drawback so far, is that the pump is a little loud. Perhaps that is why this skimmer pump is doing such a wonderful job,

I had this type of pump last year and got about 5 months out of it total from last year and this year and it quit working so, I ordered another one and literally haven’t used it even 2 months and it quit working. Both times, the pump has quit pumping. There is power running, but it’s like the motor that makes it actually pump went out.I have followed proper care of pool and pump but the pump still stopped working.

All parts arrived as described. It was very easy to replace the old filter and motor.

Fit like a glove and worked well. We used it all summer.

it worked the first time but the next year it didn't work at all. It was a total waste of money
