Cannot reset to Zero-no software included
The product appeared to be as advertised with the exception of no software for zeroing included. You were supposed to go online and download it. We attempted to do this many times and from many different things (two different computers, two different I-phones). Being that we have virus protection on all, they would not allow us to go to the web site because it was not a reliable source. Thus the item purchased was a waste unless we can get the step by step instructions for resetting to zero. Not worth returning, plus one of the disposal ink cartridges has been installed.

Not good for MacBooks only Windows PC
This doesn’t work with a Mac so I reached out for assistance, they responded quick & suggested I try to get this done on a Windows PC. They were nice enough to refund me in full & keep the product. I don’t own a Windows PC, so I will see what I can do. I have 5 stars because they were so helpful & understanding. If I get it to work on a Windows PC I will definitely purchase again.

Contact company to get download reset software
I had given this company a one star. But they came thru and emailed me the software that goes with this product. Please when you buy contact the company to get the software download to reset printer for these to work.
