Why haven’t I bought this sooner!
These syrups are decadent in flavor! A good thickness and appearance to the syrup. Ghirardelli products have yet to let me down! The bottles were safely packaged, appears to have a secure seal to the lid. No need to add additional sweetener, which I prefer a lighter vs heavy sweetness. If you own glass mugs or are making ice coffee, directly place syrups on upper, interior sides and you have just elevated your home brew to mimic barista made!

Great for special martinis and coffee drinks
What I love: the caramel isn't sweet enough to make your teeth hurt which is usually the issue with sauces like this. The caramel tastes real too without a weird slippery mouth feel. I used it on caramel apple martinis and as a fruit dip for Thanksgiving and everyone liked it. The martinis are made with apple vodka, apple pucker, shot of whipped cream on top and caramel drizzle with a touch of cinnamon. The chocolate is like a slightly sweet dark chocolate sauce and is not anything like the cheap chocolate sauce you can get in the grocery store to make chocolate milk. I also used this for martinis and coffee. Good with a chocolate martini used as a drizzle on top of whipped cream.What could be improved: neither of these have a strong enough flavor to be mixed in a coffee drink and actually be tasted. For me they are better as a topping. I wish they were just a touch more concentrated so I wouldn't have to buy separate syrup to flavor the coffee.

Chocolate just ok.
Like the caramel quite a bit. Nice and buttery. Easy to squeeze. Disliked the chocolate somewhat. Still using it, but it’s too thick and flavor is not awesome. Just ok. Comes out too thick - hard to squeeze.

Love their products
We have used these sauces as ice cream toppings for years. However, I bought the set this past week because it included the barista spoon. Nice spoon, good weight and holds 1 TBSP. The imprint was not great, but it was just an added extra.
