I love the thick lead, it is also smooth and non gritty.

Great pencils

These thick, round barrel pencils feel very nice in the hand, and they lay down nice lines and shade quite beautifully. There are some scratchy bits inside the graphite, but not enough to cause you much trouble. They also sharpen very well with the included sharpener, though keep in mind it likely won't last for all that long. One other thing to note, that has nothing to do with the performance of the pencil- The storage tin is very nice and I will definitely hold onto it for the long run. If you're looking for a handy kit to take with you on a drawing expedition, these fit the bill nicely. Four stars all the way.

These are solid pencils at a good value. The values are excellent and you really can't ask for more. I mistakenly thought this was going to have a 8B or 9B in the pack so I was a little disappointed that I cannot read. Seller is awesome, you cannot go wrong with Derwent.

Have decided that Derwent pencils are my first choice for drawing and sketching. The leads are smooth and produce an attractive texture in my drawings.The service from Hyatt’s was excellent as well.

These pencils are wonderful. I saw a significant improvement in my drawings with the addition of these to my drawing kit. And if you're also a watercolorist the metal case the pencils come in make a great travel pallette. I would highly recommend.

son suaves pero no mucho , lo cual da control al trazo además de tener un barril ni muy grueso ni muy delgado lo cual da demasiado control también ...de las tres gradaciones que trae , vienen 2 lápices de cada una , lo cual te permite tener uno con punta larga y otro con chata para los diferentes efectos de trazo.....por el tamano de la lata pues un articulo bastante transportable ......muy recomendados.....

滑らかで紙の滑りがとても良い鉛筆です。クロッキーなんかの素早い描写に向くと思います。HBから4Bまで全てが太い芯のためいわゆるデッサン用の削り方のように芯を細長く削り出したり極端に寝かせなくても大胆な面描写が出来ます。色味はHBがグレーで濃い色は出せないのですが、2B、4Bは柔らかく黒いです。4Bはユニの6Bくらい出ている気がする。
