The product was delayed due to a delivery issue. The seller contacted me within 48hrs with options including re delivery. It was rearranged and arrived within 3-4days. No instructions or packaging
Diablo arrived in a clear plastic wrapping with no labels or instructions. This was purchased as a gift so not great. Ended up buying a beginner book guide to put with it so at least the recipient would understand what it was. Annoying as ended up spending more than I had intended. Chose not to return it due to the inconvenience and also didn't have time to order an alternative. Also, due to the fact that the product itself looks good quality, albeit not presented very well.
