I take this vitamin to get extra energy. It works for that, but I think the anti aging claims are unfounded.

Two ingredients that should have been part of the product synopsis before buying: fish and soy. I had to wait until I purchased the product and peel the label back. I'm not allergic to fish, but soy has phytoestrogens that trigger MY breast cancer and will be counter productive to my treatment plan. I had a great return of this product at Kohl's Department Store through their Amazon Department. I just gave them the package.
