Makes intermittent fasting doable with ease!
I'm dieting via eating only within an 8-hour window each day, with a 16 hour "fast." The last hour or so of the fast hours can be tough. I simply take 2 Hoodia capsules along with my vitamins in the morning ... waiting that last hour is no longer an issue! Interestingly, I also notice that I don't have the need for a substantial snack mid-afternoon. Before I added the Hoodia, I was not only hungry before my first meal of the day, but also pretty hungry in the afternoon. no more! It seems to work the entire day! SWEET! This makes intermittent fasting completely doable with ease! BTW, I just eat normal, HEALTHY meals, lots of fruits and veggies & drink lots of water. Easiest diet ever, much simpler than other intermittent approaches I've tried, and it is the only thing to have actually worked for weight loss for me. At last!!!

THESE REALLY WORK WELL TO KILL MY APPETITE, AND DID A GREAT JOB HELPING ME LOSE WEIGHT
I started taking these supplements about 8 months ago (2 pills first thing in the morning), and lost 16 pounds in the first month. They really killed my appetite -- I just didn't feel like eating much.Eventually, it seemed my body developed some tolerance, so I increased the number of pills I take, and continued to lose weight until I hit my goal. Now I use them to maintain that weight.Overall, I lost weight, hopefully look better, and my blood pressure is down into a very safe range.2 thumbs up!

Not strong.
I like the Swanson brand but I found this particular hoodia to not be strong at all. I am familiar with hoodia and how it should work and I found that this product did not have that effect at all.

I use to buy Hoodia to take away my desire for sugar and old one worked THIS IS NO GOOD. It is sold by Swanson Vitamins and I can NOT return it. AMAZON IS NOT good about telling a buyer item is not returnable. A lot of Companies and Businesses are NOT selling products that use to be very good and the companies are cutting BACK ON QUALITY.
