Good but flimsy
We purchased this item to use as a resource in homeschooling our children. I have a few other titles in this series as well. I like the variety of topics covered in these books. The games are colorful and engaging for students. I like that I don't have to scour the internet for similar activities and use all the ink in my printer to get the same result. Note that these would probably be more beginning kindergarten or preparing for kindergarten skills. My 3 year old can complete about half the games already. The reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that the construction of the games is pretty flimsy. I have close to 100 folder games, so I'm used to the effort of constructing these items. I wish the game pieces were printed on a heavier paper. To counteract it, I attach each game piece to cardstock with double sided tape before laminating. If you're wanting to just cut these out and go, know that the game pieces will most likely be damaged very quickly.

These are very nice file folder games
These are very nice file folder games. My only complaint is that the paper is so slick that I have had a lot of trouble getting them to stick to the file folders. I've tried four different types of glue and the paper has ended up peeling off in every case. Wish I had made color copies of them and then used the copies to glue to the folder. Not only would that have solved my glue problem, but then when parts are inevitably damaged or lost, I could simply reprint them and make new ones. The activities themselves are well illustrated and age appropriate for pre-K.

Games are boring, too much like workbooks
I received this item very quickly, in four days. I was very excited when I received the box, and very disappointed when I opened it. Somehow I missed that the book is only 80 pages and has only 20 games in it. The book is very colorful and pretty, but I only liked 1/3 of the games. The rest were very much like workbooks: trace the letters, match the uppercase to the lowercase (which would have been okay, but the "game" pieces were just rectangle cards that I was supposed to cut out). I could create a much cheaper game by writing letters on index cards. A friend purchased a file folder games book that had a bear on the cover from Rainbow Resources (I'm not sure if the one Amazon sells is the same one), and although the pages weren't colorful, the games seemed more fun and there were more of them. I'm so disappointed, that for the first time I'm going to return an Amazon purchase. I think I might try the bear file folder book or the "take it to your seat" book.

Some of these file folder games aren't as awesome as others
Some of these file folder games aren't as awesome as others. The less awesome ones involve tracing letters with a finger. We will probably use a dry erase marker after laminating or a manipulative like play dough or clay. But, they are simple and easy to use I did color copy the pages for the games with pieces in case we lose them I can make another one. Overall good quality and great for teaching my son with autism skills he will need in school.

Good games, lots of work putting them together
Good games, lots of work putting them together. I enjoyed the task. A paper cutter is almost a must for this project. It is a teacher's project!

Too easy for 4 year old
These are great, my husband and I spent a couple nights on front of Netflix assembling these into file folders and my son loved them. Just wish I would have got the kindergarten book as this was quickly too easy for my 4 yr old

These books are amazing. So many great skills my students can work on. I teach high school special ed and they are fantastic. I love to create my own file folders but these save a lot of time and energy.

A great buy for young one that is not interested in learning
So far my daughter and I have played a few games. My daughter is in JK in Canada and she is not able to complete all the games but Im impressed with how telhey have kept her attention. We have to make learning fun or she becomes totally uninterested. The games are colorful and peak her interest. She can not read words yet so these games will grow with her which Im pleased she won't get bored of them being too simple for awhile.
