You gotta be really careful. If you mess up at all, and wipe away your mess, the smear will still stain your skin even though you can't see that there is any ink there. It seems like it would need to sit there until dry for it to work/stain. No. It stains the moment it touches your skin, even if you immediately wipe it away. Use with caution!!! It does last 10 days, though it will start to fade. Makes the skin on your hands and feet black, but other body parts just a dark blue/grey sort of look.
