Nothing lasts like this and my pit bull has been chewing for at least a month.

This thing is over sized and heavy. It really holds up to even a strong chewer. I was worried that it would be so large that my dog wouldn't play with it, but he does. It's not his favorite toy, but he keeps it in the mix. His favorite is still the Nylabone wishbone.

Update: out of all the shapes of bones, this one gets chewed up more quickly, the center seems to be a softer material, waddle down to a shank by my pup. Will slice ya if you step in it in the dark. He does still love it tho....This one is showing some wear, but that just means my pups have been showing it some love. Have gone through hundreds of different Nylabones over the years with all my pups. Usually end up gifting them to friends visiting pup long before they get eaten to nubs.

My dog is an EXTREME power chewer. She destroys most toys within hours of getting them. Her new Nylabone came in the mail the other day and she hasn’t put it down since. She carries it around the house and chews on it. While it has only been a week she has chewed on it a ton and it barely shows wear. I also like the shape allows her to hold it while chewing because some of her other toys she tries to make us hold them while she chews lol.

Great for aggressive chewers

Has lasted for my Belgian Malinois. He can usually get through anything, but not his. It is smooth with nothing sticking off that he can chew through. It is very heavy so not a good idea for small breeds.

I have a super chewer puppy and she likes chewing on but not as much as the other Nylabones because it's so heavy to move! As heavy as the brown thick circle Nylabone.

I bought three Nylabone products at the same time. and this said it was bacon flavour, but having read the reviews it wasn't a strong smell. Well, how wrong was I. I couldn't bear the smell and had to throw it in the garden. Also the dogs smelt of bacon for days after chewing it. Yuck.

My dog loves this toy. She is a 75 pound Lab and an aggressive chewer. The S-shape of the toy allows her to hold it in her paws and chew on it, and while she chews hard, there is no doubt in my mind that this toy will last a very time. The toy is very big and heavy, which is what is good and bad about it. Because of its size, it is perfect for big aggressive chewers. However, because it is so heavy, it is really noisy when she drops it on the floor and that noise gets annoying real quick. I have wooden and vinyl floors and when she drops this toy it sounds like a bolt of sharp thunder — really loud. Not only is the noise annoying but I also think that it could hurt your foot badly if you were barefoot and it was dropped on you. We have no cats, small dogs or toddlers in the house, but if I did, I am sure this toy wold hurt them if dropped on them. I would not buy this toy again just for that reason.
