This gelatin sheet is a nice way to add firmness to a light dessert or even a whipped cream.. It dissolves well and works effectively. Each sheet is portioned out to a good size. Highly Recommend.

This silver grade of gelatin sheet by Fit Lane is easy to use and performs as expected for silver or 160 grade. The sheets were easy to bloom and dissolved readily into my hot panna cotta liquid. And, all was well when I sent to unmold everything the next morning. I didn't notice anything unusual flavor wise using these sheets. Nice product.

This was my first time baking with gelatin sheets and they were easy to use; the instructions were easy to follow and the gelatin bloomed well. I see other reviews talk about this being on the expensive side, but I feel that the price fits for the convenience of ordering online and easily getting it delivered.

If you compared these with the 25 count sheets, this 50 count is cheaper and better value. The bloom is a little lower but still work fine for making pudding, mousse, or panna cotta. The expiration is about 3 years.

So, I’ve been using these gelatin sheets to make a milk pudding more like a solid milk Jell-O and they work great as long as you follow the directions. I’ve been pairing it with milk tea instead of boba, and it’s honestly a nice treat. The texture’s smooth, and it sets perfectly every time.My only complaint? These sheets are expansive. Like, way pricier than I expected for what you get. I get that they’re high quality, but it’s hard to justify the cost if you’re making this stuff regularly.If you’re willing to splurge for perfect results, these are worth it. But if you’re on a budget, you might want to look for a cheaper alternative.

Survived shipping just fine. Direction are simple to follow. It's porcine gelatin which is derived from pigs. It does rather appear to be on the expensive side of things for the amount that you get at the time of this review.

If, like me, you've perhaps watched The Great British Bake Off and want to try some of the fancy gelatin based desserts, these sheets are amazing. The gelatin is quite clear and easy to make sufficiently stiff and strong for more structural shapes. They have a very neutral flavour, so won't get in the way of your creation's flavours. Really enjoying experimenting and learning with them.
