BeaconFast Finish Decoupage - Perfect Versatile Medium for Creative Home Decor and Gift Items, 8-Ounce

The price has risen about $3.00 in the last 18 months! I was a bit shocked. However, I find it to work wonderfully, and need it for the vases I decoupage with Mod Podge. Then I use 2 coats of Beacon's Fast Finish, to seal it well. Very shiny & dries faster, I think there's been an improvement in the quality of your product! I appreciate that a lot! A lower price would be so helpful for creatives who are just trying to make a bit of money from their art.

I received this item in good condition. I worked on a couple of decoupage projects and used this. I must say I am really impressed with it. It dries fast so you have to be prepared and work quickly. I can't comment on if this product is water proof. I used it for projects that will not come into contact with water. I didn't use much out of this bottle for the two projects I worked on and I think this is going to go a very long way. This is the first time I have used this product and I think I prefer it over Mod Podge. I am really going to put it to the test in a couple of months when I host an annual ladies function. We do all sorts of craft products and this year I am introducing decoupage to all the ladies. I think this just may be a permanent product for us to use!

I love that it doesn't stink up the house the way the old fashioned stuff did. It does go a long way. I used about a quarter fluid ounce to decoupage a four inch by four inch box inside and out with lid. A warning though it does dry very quickly so plan ahead. You do not get a lot of time to work with it. It dries to a nice smooth shiny finish but is still somewhat flexible so I don't see it cracking in the future. An all around good product for crafting. I'll be using this for many more projects in the future .

I love this glue/sealer. It is great when using printed paper or photos to make jewelry. It seals and glues at the same time. It leaves a very strong, shiny finish. I had to buy a bigger bottle because I use it so much in crafting and scrapbooking, and even jewelry making. Love it!

It dries clear and doesn't seem to look white or flaky if it dries accidentally on something else. I use it in some mosaics and I'm perfectly satisfied. I would recommend.

I love this for its water-resistant shiny finish. I use it as a finish, not a glue, on hand painted coasters, and it imparts a 'just right' glow to my painted colors. When I got half-way through the bottle, I ordered another one - just so I wouldn't run out, as I would really be lost without it.

I only used it for gluing large seashells on cotton fabric and it didn't hold as well as a hot glue gun and I let it dry overnight. May be good for gluing other materials besides seashells.

Awesome stuff ... just to let you know it dries very shiny , if your going for a Matt finish this is not the thing for you!

Great product. Easy to use. Doesn't go tacky so very easy to decoupage with napkins and reposition if necessary.

Love this - perfect and easy to use, but fairly pricey. Will get more though as very good for decoupage.

This was so easy to use - sticks very well and worked well in my smaller bottle with a very thin nozzle so very easy to control

I was very dubious about this when it arrived. It's not like the usual decoupage glues on the market. It's consistency is like water. It's very messy to use so make sure you have yourself and your work area well covered. I'm very surprised to say that this is one of the best decoupage glues I've used, and I've used a lot. Because it's so fluid it's wonderful for rice paper, it sinks right in. Great for napkins. Gives a wonderful finish. To top it all it's waterproof too. It's expensive but well worth it, in my opinion
