very bitter but great health
Its excellent for the nervous system, aiding digestion and boosting endurance. In addition to treating poor appetite, gentian root may help treat upset stomach, nausea, diarrhoea and gas. One thing about this herb, it is very bitter and therefore you might need to add honey to it.

Tastes disgusting
Iโve bought this many times before from this supplier and know how itโs meant to taste. This batch tastes so bad I had to literally spit it out. I cannot return it so have completely wasted my money!
