This is one of those vitamins where you don’t really feel anything when you take them. I go with this brand cause I’ve had plenty of success with there other vitamins. I took it at night before bed but It’s best to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to get your day going. ALA helps turn nutrients into energy so if you take it in the morning before exercise it’s a plus. It also lowers blood sugar which is one of the reasons why I take it.Update: I use to take this at night before bed so I didn’t really feel much. I tried taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. When I did my fasted cardio in the morning i did feel different. I felt my body warm up quicker as I did cardio, and I started sweating a lot more. I’d like to think it’s helping me burn more calories. Usually when I’m eating carbs in my diet I start sweating at about 25 mins into the light cardio when I’m on Keto I start sweating about 15 mins into the light cardio. By taking this stuff in the morning I felt my body start to sweat in the parking lot of my gym before I even got on the cardio machine. I was very surprised. This is good stuff to get you going in the morning. I don’t think it would work well if you took it with food. Empty stomach before you exercise is the way to go. If you struggle with energy in the gym this Will definitely help you.

Easy to swallow and keeps the aches and pains away.

I have a new pet peeve when it comes to supplements. It's that the bottles sometimes claim a dose that's delivered by their product on the front label, but when you read the fine print, you have to take more than one capsule to achieve it. I know it's a small thing but in a way I find that a little deceptive, since I often buy supplements on quantity for price, having grown used to one dose meaning one capsule. To be fair, this has nothing to do with quality or effectiveness, both of which I have nothing to complain about with this product. It's just that I don't like having to eat three or four capsules a day to get the proper dosage. As far as the product's concerned, I like it OK.
