This is a good product and good value for Sunchoke/Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin...
This is a good product and good value for Sunchoke/Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin... I am happy with the price and the condition of the shipment of this 2-pack. This powder dissolves very readily in my coffee and tea, I am using this together with MCT powder to keep the MCT powder from globbing together when it get wetted. After I'm out of Benefiber (a tasteless soluble fiber from Wheat --wheat dextrin), I'm going to see if we can use this Inulin (also a tasteless soluble fiber), in its place with as good of results. The price point is better on this Inulin than for the Benefiber on which I'm already getting the best bulk discount I can find on it by ordering a huge volume (190 svgs) and quantity (6+ to spread out the shipping cost per container) of it from Costco. Hope this helps...

Good product.
We tried this Inulin as part of the Nemechek protocol for brain injury. My daughter has several neuro conditions and we research the importance of gut health linked to brain health. We have used it for over a month and although it’s hard to measure results, she never had any discomfort or side effects from this. Neither did my husband or I. It’s tasteless, but we mix in smoothies, etc. It does clump so you need to stir well. A good, affordable option.

So far so good!
It's gentle on my stomach - I don't feel bloated or yucky after drinking it. There is no taste - I mix it in my smoothies and tea. This is a very good brand with clean ingredients. I will continue to buy as long as it's available on Amazon.

Great price for sweet regularity
I love this stuff. It will dissolve in liquid nicely, as it's a fine powder. It helps my child stay regular. I was giving her inulin gummies but this is more economical and I can mix it in her milk or juice. I even take a couple scoops during the day. One scoop in my morning coffee and one scoop before bed with water. It's a little sweet as well. Great price for 2 cans of sweet regularity

Got FOS
I have IBS or one of those other painful gut issues. One of my doctors suggested I try a FOS diet, yeah right. Anyway, I came across an article on Inulin/FOS. I decided to try this and Holy Smoke it worked. I started adding a scoop of this to my coffee in the morning and it actually worked. This powder basically has not taste and now I RARELY have abdominal pain. I found that taking pro/prebiotics barely helped and then found out that without Inulin only a narrow band of biotics can survive without this type of fiber in the intestines. I highly recommend giving this a try to reduce the pain, at least for some people.

Product seems good, but packaging poor
I bought a two-pack, and one of them was leaking power. The container's lid was on, but slightly loose, and the paper seal under it was open along one side. I'm not really concerned that the product was tampered with, but this seems to be a recurrent problem with this item, based on other reviews. Both containers in the shrink-wrapped two-pack were sticky with the spilled powder.

Convenient Prebiotic Fiber
I mix up 20g or more of various prebiotic fibers everyday including; inulin, peeled raw potato, green bananas, legumes, konjac root. Science is showing that prebiotic fibers are probably as important or even more important than getting probiotics for long term health. Having a poor reaction to prebiotic fibers within 4 hours of consumption can be highly indicative of SIBO, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, which requires attention from a Dr. to correct.I'm very pleased with this product. Easy to use and good value. Have purchased multiple times.
