Simple, effective, I like it.The cable works well, charges like the factory one, and works well for data transfer as well. The cable was 47" long, more, than enough for most charging situations.The screen protector feels really great.It was easy to install (however, I recommend you wash your hands before installing it, and use an alcohol wipe on the watch surface and WAIT until it dries off, than use the included cloth), the small suction cup was an excellent addition and made install super easy.Came with 2 screen protectors.After installing, the 'finger feel' is almost the same as the original screen, however, since the Garmin 645M (that I used it on) isn't a touch screen, who cares right?in direct sunlight, there are no discolorations, or loss of contrast, and no 'rainbow effect' on the protector.The protector stays on even in salt water, and 95F.All in all, I'm supper happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Aug 2020: The same holds true 2 years later as it does when I posted the original review. The screen protector is awesome. Here is a picture of the old one and new one. This is after 2 Tough mudders, 3 warrior dashes, mechanic work, home construction, and chasing 2 boys. It come wit 2 screen protectors, so I'm not sure when the last one was swapped, but either way it serves its purpose well. The crystal on the watch looks perfect.Sep 2018:I bought this because I was looking for a decent screen protector and I wanted a spare charge cable. I haven't had a single issue with the charge cable in the 3 months I have had it. The screen protector is far and away better than any other on the market. I paid less for this screen protector and charger combo than some of the screen protectors I have tried and this works significantly better. I would buy this again. I am still on #1 screen protector after 3 months. It does have 2 small chips, but that is after working on my truck and running the 11 mile Tough Mudder, so it is holding up well.

Works as advertised

Great charging clip. Works perfectly with my Garmin 645 Music watch. Charging and data transfer work well with this one.Update: 2/4/20I use the charging clip in the bathroom while showering and it is still working great! I love the screen protectors too! I was using another brand that didn't last as long, and had a rough edge. But not these! These have a nice smooth rounded edge that feels like you don't even have a screen protector on! Also I noticed the clarity is much better than the brand I was previously using. These stayed on very well, too! You just have to clean your screen with a really good glass cleaner (and also around the bezel and sides I found!), so that there are NO oils creeping onto the screen. My husband (who uses another brand screen protector) keeps getting lotion on the sides of his watch, which causes it to get under the screen protector and eventually lifts that part of it off. I told him just take his watch off when putting lotion on his dry skin. So, just a tip there.

There's not much to say about this product other than the fact that it just works. My Forerunner 645 seems to treat this as an OEM charging cable, and the kit also comes with 2 screen protectors so you have multiple chances to get the fit right.After I put the screen protector on correctly, it basically melts into the design of the watch, to the point where I can't even tell that there's a protector on the thing at all when looking at the watch face.

Cable works well. Glass is slightly oversized so that it overhangs the glass face on the watch. This makes it easy to break when clipping on the charger or otherwise bumping the edge of the glass protector on something.

I left my actual Garmin charger at a Hotel (at least I think I did). I was so upset when I couldn't find it and my watch was losing charge and I use it a lot for training runs. I tried to find an actual garmin replacement but couldn't locate easily so went with this. Came quickly and I was only without my watch for two days. I've only had it a week but its been great. Even if I have to replace it in the future the price is right. I actually am ordering a second to have a back up ;)

I use the charger for travel. Works well for charging and data transfer. I have not had any problem and cannot distinguish it from the Garmin charger. I have had the glass protector on the watch for 3+ months. It looks perfect. Note that putting these things on is always tricky and this may explain some of the complaints. My recipe: clean the glass of the watch thoroughly, keep it vertical to avoid dust particles settling on it, apply the glass protector carefully. Definitely tricky, but not the fault of the item itself.
