I have big family with many fitness levels, and everyone from my teenage daughter to my grandfather can ride it comfortably. We actually put the handlebars in opposite direction for my grandfather, so he can reach them easier. It made a big change, and now he is very happy to join our workout times!Another excellent aspect is the magnetic resistance system. It operates quietly and smoothly, providing 100 levels of resistance. This makes it suitable for both new riders and those with experience. I am able to do a short cardio exercise in the morning without disturbing anyone—this is very important because our house is always busy.The built-in screen and phone holder are also very nice. I can see my exercise stats, watch a movie, or use a fitness app while cycling. It is very convenient, and the water bottle holder lets me stay hydrated without needing to stop.Overall, the SLUNSE exercise bike is a big success for us. It comes with simple setup, great customer service, and very strong build quality; finding something bad about it is difficult. Was a little surprised at the quality you get for the price, especially when compared to more expensive bikes. Its good and sturdy metal. Not too too heavy but heavy enough that you might need another person to help set it up. Was packaged extremely well. As a matter of fact, it took me longer to unpack it than it did to assemble it 😅Speaking of assembly, it was a breeze. The instructions were basic but were easy to follow. There is also a qrcode you can scan that will take you to a YouTube video that you can watch and follow along with.Bike is very adjustable. I'm 6'4", 300lbs and had no trouble finding a comfortable riding position. The seat is fairly wide and has lots of padding. The ride is extremely quiet too! Even when riding at faster speeds, you can barely hear it.The display that it comes with is small but easy to read. Shows basic info like distance traveled, calories burned, speed in mph, and workout time. Would be nice if it had bluetooth features that could connect to a phone to save your workout history. There is a phone holder below the display and a tablet holder above it. My Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is fairly huge for a tablet and it holds it just fine, as seen in the pictures I uploaded.Overall, I am impressed by this bike and satisfied with my purchase so far. I definitely get more of an intense workout than walking and there's much less impact on my knees. If you have a tight budget, I would definitely recommend it!
