I am slightly taken aback by this dress - ordering from the Internet can be a bit hit and miss (usually more towards the miss side…!) so I certainly didn’t expect this dress to …actually be really lovely, look like the pics and be really very good quality…!First of all, the dress is properly lined, and all the seams are properly attached and sewn (If you’ve ordered from the Internet before you’ll know that this is definitely not always the case) Secondly, the dress has not skimped on material for the flowy skirt – there is a proper amount of fabric to make it hang nicely. Thirdly, the fit is genuinely excellent – I ordered the large, and I am a UK size 12, and it fits perfectly across the shoulders, across the bust and through the back where the zip is.The sleeves are properly shaped, the lace is very pretty, and the length is really good on me – I’m 5 foot six, and it’s going to be just the right length for me when I have heels on.The only slight point I would make is that the material for the skirt is a little bit viscose-y, but to be honest, I’m so pleased with the whole thing, and it looks so nice, that this isn’t really an issue – and it means you can probably bung it in the washing machine rather than get it dry cleaned…!All in all, I’m delighted with this dress and really happy I ordered it :-)

This dress actually lives up to my expectations and looks like the picture! A gorgeous colour and the material feels high quality. I also found this true to size- at least true to the sizing guide at least so make sure you read it before buying. This is not a cheap dress but considering it's quality and beauty, I do not think it's particularly expensive either
