OK, hard to review a supplement within a few days of starting. I wanted to try this as I take Resveratrol, and saw that this might supplement cognitive function, memory, maybe help with energy metabolism and fatigue. Started the regime this week - pills are easy to swallow, no aftertaste, or other side effects I can tell - need to give it a couple of weeks to see if there is any noticeable affect. I'll be back with more.....

Cannot believe how all of the sudden the market seems to be flooded with NAD+ type supplements.Since these are over the counter and not regulated by the FDA, I look for quality, as well as ingredients that will actually make a difference in my overall health.These CHTENZY nicotinamide ribosome (NR) hydrogen malate (500 mg) + Quercetin phytosome (250 mg) + trans - reveratrol (150 mg) are made in a cGMP facility, are third party lab tested for purity and dose and are formulated in the USA (but made in China). The American flag represents the formulation and the manufacturer address in China is clearly shown on the bottle. I really like the transparency of where these are made and there is a manufacture date (same month as I received it) and expiry date (about 2 years from when I received it).The role of NR, Quercetin, and trans-resveratrol in cell regeneration continues to be studied and I cannot honestly say if this supplement works better than similar NAD+ type supplements I have tried - it's just part of my overall quest to eat healthy, exercise, and take supplements that might improve my health / reduce the impact of aging. In spite of being made in China, these capsules do have all the right info, testing and good manufacturing practices I want in my supplements and they are a relatively good value. I'll likely order these again on my own dime.

NAD+ seems to have exploded onto the scene, at least in the non-biology centered average population and touted for its possible aid in cellular function and even anti aging. Quercetin is a less talked about supplement said to have similar function and resveratrol has also been in popular media. I don't know and cant feel any difference taking this supplement, as I imagine the effects are gradual and cumulative. I will take it in hopes of its intended purpose, especially as a senior maintaining health and wellness.

This supplement provides liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside, which should have a higher absorption rate than the regular version. I have tried other NAD supplements, and it's difficult to notice a difference, as many days may be needed to evaluate the product. In general, this provides a good value as 2 2-pack is enough for 80 days.

After two weeks, I felt more focused and less sluggish in the afternoons. The liposomal delivery seems to help with absorption. It’s a solid NAD+ option, but the cost is a bit steep for long-term use
