Grandkids are old enough now that they plug things in. We're safe now with all my power tools locked out. Works perfectly.

I adapted this to cover and lock-out a 90-degree ball valve for a generator gas-feed outlet spur. Opening up the holes on either end to fit over the 1-inch pipe then drilling a few small holes in the bottom to let water out, and it works perfectly. Unorthodox perhaps, but great improvisation as there was no other option to do exactly what I needed.

Great prop for my LOTO classes. Prevents equipment from being energized.

Would buy it again

The lockout is used on our 5hp Surface Planer. The old one was broken in an attempt to get it apart. This one won't be as easy.

Simple inexpensive way to keep others from taking liberties with expensive equipment that I need for my job! You could even lock two plugs as it’s roomy inside and has a hole at both ends.

This one was larger than expected but workedfine.

This was purchased as a lockout device for one of our cabinet saws that doesn’t have a proper lockout device. It was cheaper than a name brand lockout box by a wide margin but I have concerns about the quality of it. The plastic seem to be of a lesser quality than other commercially available brands. I guess time will tell.
