I like the sturdiness of the massager. It’s adjustable handle can be used to carry it or position it for different positions. I really like the heat when using for my foot neuropathy. I usually use it n the lower speed (it has three speeds) for 15 minutes at a time. It can be used on arms and calfs. My calfs are a little larger and it was a tight fit. The deep kneading really feels great. Everything can be controlled with the included remote. Thumbs up for this massager. 👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve been using this massager for a few days at evenings while I’m reading or watching tv , it helps me to relief pain and tiredness after my long days at work being standing must of the time . I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better since my legs or feet aren’t so painful . In mornings I feel my legs light probably because I have better circulation and my ankles aren’t swollen . I use to feel burning sensation or tingling and the massager made decreased the symptoms of my problem of fasciitis plantar . The functions are very convenient to use on my arms , I love the fact I can adjust speed and position to use on different parts and with the remote control I don’t have to move to use functions or turn it off. I strongly recommend this massager .

I used my sister's massager and I saw immediate results to my feet.I haven't used it long enough to say it totally took my problems away.But one thing I do know is don't over do it.
