For some reason this pillow took a long time to arrive, I assume it must have been a stock issue. However, now that I have it and have used it for about a week, I can say that it's a fantastically comfortable pillow but I do not find it to be "cooling" like it claims to be.This pillow is a great mix of fluffy and firm. It feels extremely soft and fluffy but still maintains support without flattening. It's super comfortable and breathes well. It is a slight touch larger/stuffed than the average pillow. It fits a regular pillowcase fine but it doesn't exactly "slide" right in.I do not find that this cools any better than an average pillow. I do think it breathes better than an average pillow but again, I do not find it to be cooler. I have a cooling chair cushion (admittedly this is a gel cushion) that works wonderfully and was hoping this would come close to that. I guess that was an unrealistic comparison.Super comfy and soft pillow.

My wife wanted a thick soft pillow that functions like a memory foam. Unfortunately, this did not meet her expectation. However, I found this to be the correct firmness for my needs.Please don't get me wrong - it is soft. But my wife is looking for a memory foam feel which this is not. I like that this is machine washable - not just the cover.The description of this being a "hotel quality" pillow is very subjective so I won't comment on how accurate that is. Instead, I will say that this is not your ordinary pilow and I recommend it if you're looking for a soft yet firm pillow.

The pillow arrive on time and was well packaged. I gave it a day to expand and regain it's full shape. It does have decent support, but for me it could have more filling. My wife loves it and has been using it . I've heard no complaints , so, based on what I've seen , 4 stars

This pillow has been so helpful for my husband. when he sleeps hes like a furnace and he has struggled with pillows causing more heat. Since we got this pillow he has been able to sleep more soundly and he had never has to flip the pillow for the cooler side. The cooling factor itself is just amazing and its comfortable whichever way he lays. He's been using it now for about 2 months and its shape hasn't changed it is still just as comfortable as the first night he used it. We are both happy for better nights sleep and the quality of this pillow means many more nights of better sleep. Definitely a great pillow to get no matter which way you sleep.
