Q: Does this swimsuit have a shelf bra?

No, it is a single layer of fabric front and back. I was a bit surprised by that.

Q: How does the sizing for this work?

I am not at all satisfied with this swim suit. I had the same Dolphin suit which was lined this one is not. My other suit was the same size as the new one but the new one is too small.I would have returned it but I discarded the information to do it.

Q: Does this swimsuit have padding?

Yes a very small layer, if I am not mistaken.
