I have used this adjustable dumbbell set consistently 3 to 4 times a week over the last 3 months. I was initially hesitant to buy it, but it has been worth every penny.I have used it mostly as an adjustable set of weights and kettle bell. Adding and taking off weights is pretty easy, quick and efficient.I also take body pump classes once a week, I transform the equipment into a barbell set and it holds up nicely.My adult sons also use my equipment for quick bicep curls, chest presses, weighted lunges etc.The rubber, plastic covered weights are a bit bulky but they are easy to store and do not scratch my wooden floor.I have advised all my friends to purchase this adjustable dumbbell set

After I bought this product it was very convenient for me to workout at home rather then going to Gum whenever I am busy with my work schedule. This product offers value for money. Its quite simple and functional. Quality of this product is worthy. Lastly it helps with different exercise for different target muscle groups.

I bought this set on prime day and haven’t put it down since! I love having the option to customize this weights to help with progressive overload. The weights themselves are great quality and the attachments are sturdy too. Easy to put together and not too bulky to store away. Definitely worth the money.
