Does this pillow help reduce snoring?

Of course - no. My wife is snoring like diesel. Before this pillow and on this pillow :)

What is this pillows density rateing?

Firm. It’s a pretty stiff pillow, unlike my other memory foam pillow, which is a lot softer.

How thick is this pillow?

It is approximately 5 1/2 inches from the mattress to the top of the pillow. Halfway through the first night using his new pillow, my husband grabbed his old pillow as he said this new pillow was too high. ): I hope this assists you.

I was told the height can be adjusted?

It can't be adjusted by adding more foam like some pillows. I left mine on the sunporch for 24 hours and mine was perfect for me. I think if you leave it longer if will rise more. The instructions advise 24 to 48 hours in a well ventilated, warm space.

Extremely soft!!

Vaverto foam pillows is one the coziest pillows I have used. The pressure-relieving benefits and supportive feel has helped me a lot with my migraine. After using this pillow for a week, I can say that whoever has neck pains or headaches must go for these.
