Really nice quality, great fabric and color. The buttons are sewn on well and virtually no pilling, even with heavy wear. The large fit perfectly (he’s 6’1” and 185lbs). Highly recommend!!

I'll admit: the number one reason I chose this particular peacoat for my son was the price. It looked like a really stylish coat for the price! After getting it , I'm assuming they used a photo from a different brand, because the actual coat does not look "tailored" like the photo. In fact, it's quite boxy. That said, the material is very soft, delightful to the touch-- and the inner lining is very nice, too. The jacket will be quite warm, good for fall and all but the coldest days of winter here in Texas, I think. It can definitely be dressed up or down, and is a great outer layering piece.I'm glad that I read other reviews before buying, because I sized down from what I'd normally buy for my son. He's 5'11", medium build (about 165 pounds), and usually wears a Men's Large in t-shirts, polos, and sweatshirts-- but I ordered him a size Medium, and I'm glad I did, as the coat has a much roomier cut than pictured.I'm attaching some pictures so you can see a size Medium on a 5'11" teen, both buttoned and unbuttoned. (And, by the way, he LOVES the coat!)

It was purchased as gift for my son and the quality is excellent. It is not a winter coat as this style usually is represented.

I knew the pictures here were not of the actual product but hoped the color would be similar. What arrived was far more orange than brown. “Copper” perhaps. The coat is simple in design, obviously not carefully tailored. It is rather shapeless. My wife’s comment was, “It’d be ok as a cheap woman’s coat.”As to weight: it’s only slightly heavier a mens suit jacket. Not heavyweight and unsuitable for winter without additional layers.One star as it’s not what is advertised and certainly overpriced for what it is.

Purchase a few of these for work and they run small so for sure size up one size
