Looked professional knives, good and sharp. Unfortunately after only 6months of use one blade has totally snapped in use. Another knife looks as though it is going the same way. They get rust spotseven though they are washed and dried immediately. I don't have a dishwasher.

I would be most grateful to hear from the manufacturer- you will see from the image that the knife broke, it is 7mths old and was being used to cut a carrot! We specifically went for the brand due to its quality and had up to this point been delighted- I would be most grateful if someone could get back to me.

These knives are worse than poor, they are complete and utter rubbish. They do not hold a sharp edge for longer than a gnat can hold its breath. My 10 year old Judge Sabatier knives are better than these so called professional knives. I we reverted back to using the old Judge Sabatier because they are 10 times better. I implore on Amazon to look again at these knives which are worse than rubbish.

The item of 5 piece knife set has gone rusty in less than a month of using. It has been cared for correctly.It is now unfit for purpose and I want to return it and claim a full refund but unable to get through to the appropriate department? Could you please advise me?Thanks Mrs Kath Price

Hi, so far we have been happy with these knives until yesterday, this snap under my hand whilst cutting with it, luckily I didn't chop my hand in half! The knife had developed rust spots and the rust had weakened the knife, we have the full collection of this range. I’m a bit concerned that the others knives we have may do this as they have all developed rust spots? Your feedback would be much appreciated. Amazon kindly have issued a refund for this one knife but I would like to know how this has happened? Thanks
