have used it on multiple long rides extending 5-6 hours. the energy it provides is instant and lasts for 1hr to 1.5hr depending on intensity of ride, current fitness level and weather.In the past I have tried other brands and also tried natural stuff but now am settled on this product.Hopefully the quality and pricing will remain good.

One of the best gels I have ever used.. provides instant energy and the next 40 mins of running will be light work for you . Didn’t cause me any problems as many other gels on amazon did . I’d say go for it

Is useful for energy during sports activities

I got this gel to run my first marathon and boy that was my worst decision. It doesn’t taste good and bloat your stomach after 10mins and you will not be able to run. After 30mins you will get bad coffee/caramel burbs. Energy got depleted after 45mins. Gel is not soluble easily and upsets stomach. I got diarrhea the next day. Best is to have some fruity flavored gels from Unived or the non-elite one which is still better.
