Excellent Customer Service for an inexpensive product
Works better than I expected. I use it to power small led light strings. The unit is Small, thin, well constructed. Several USB outlets.I had a question about the remaining power indicator. Customer service responded in less than a day and offered to replace the device. I didn’t request or expect them to do this.Or want them too.Better response on a $11 product than I have had on $2000 purchases.I am purchasing a half dozen more for gifts.

Not very powerful
I bought this to power my heated vest, but it doesn't work. My $5 power bank is putting out 1800+ mA and powers it, the most this puts out is 1480mA and causes the vest to just cycle and shut off. I bought it for the larger capacity over my 4000 mA bank, but it will work for a phone I'm sure.

Top Quality
I have always used ‘chargers’ for traveling in the past . I now use them just to keep a 3 yr. old iPhone functioning and this is the best charger I’ve ever used !! I recommend this charger to anyone who has a need or just wants to be be prepared for power outages .

Great for the value
Functions just like you would need it to, three charging speed depends on your cords. Power is normal, and is very portable and lightweight. Great value for your money!

Do not recommend - total junk
Charged up to 100%; I was able to use it during the STEM festival for my son to keep his experiment running. Went to use it 2 months later, still had a battery charge of 98% - however, it won't charge anything (phones, iPads, etc.) Plugged a little desktop light that uses USB-C in and the light wouldn't turn on. So it literally worked once and that is it. I don't recommend this at all. And of course, it's always when the return window closes, when junk dies.

Cool power bank
I have purchased a lot of power banks, but I really like this unit because of its clean design and great digital display.It charges up quickly.I have only had it for a short time, so I will write more in time.
