I would recommend these to anyone. I bought them for my daughters who wanted to start doing pull ups ( chin ups ) they worked their way through the different strengths and can now do them without aid. They definitely did their job.

I bought these as a gift for my father who has been a keen exerciser all my life. I was dumbfounded when he told me that the level of resistance was too strong for him since he regularly uses dumbells in his training. He only wanted the bands for convenience but they were exerting too much resistance.I suppose it will depend on your level of strength and what purpose you want these for. Certainly, they would seem a good fit for someone who can lift fairly heavy weight over a wide range of motion. I just wanted to give some extra info for anyone thinking of buying these as a first step in getting fit since they appear to be a bit on the challenging side for that!

Bought this set as I've tried many other ways of getting rid of my shoulder pain. This has been working wonders following my physio's advice. Great buy.

Not put these to the test yet but on first examination they look good quality. Just hope they prove me right
