Really rude delivery person - who could not be bothered to wait for me to open the door.
Product is good, but I was disgusted with the way the delivery person just sat in his van and shouted out where he left the parcel. He was certainly NOT prepared to get out of his van to show me where exactly he had dumped the parcel. A very rude and ignorant person.
