Great customer service
Great customer service, ordered very soon after order was placed. I was called the day before delivery to pre warn me. Bed itself really good quality for the price. Only problem with this was that there was nowhere to latch the clips onto to hold the bed together.

Arrived within 48hrs of ordering. The company left a phone message to say that it would be arriving the next day so I was able to make sure I was in. The fabric is shimmery, not just black cotton and my bed base is completely black unlike the picture which has a white top. The two halves each come with four castors, a headboard screw and a U shaped plastic clip, but no instructions as what to do with it. I assumed the clips were to hold the two halves together but it's not obvious where to put them. With other divans there are wing nuts and bolts to secure them together in the middle ,so I cut a slit in under side of the base covering, near to the middle castors and clipped the two halves together. Once in position it seems secure enough. I am using it in a guest bedroom and I'm happy with it so far. As its on wooden flooring, I have had to buy castor cups to stop it rolling across the room when you sit on it.
