Nice product
This blade runs very smooth in my saw, meaning it's true and the weld was properly ground so that it passes through the guide rollers flawlessly! Oh, and probably the main reason to buy a new blade is to increase your cut speed over a dull blade and this blade is very well sharpened... was able to cut .062'' veneer even though at 3tpi, this blade is not made for that purpose. I bought this 1/2" blade to replace my old 3/4" for re-saw purposes and I think it performs better overall as the blade tensioner is better able to handle the smaller blade, meaning truer cuts... very happy with this blade! My saw is an older Delta made in USA with a 6" riser added if that helps.

not sure they last
I cut live edge woods that have been dried for 18 months or more and after cutting with them for even jst a week or more they are starting to lose their edge.

Works as expected but shipping was very slow. Amazon is the only place I can buy these. The blades last a couple of years.

Carter Blades work great for me
Carter Blades work great for me, and Carter's Alex Snodgrass's video on how to set up your Bandsaw was excellent. His advise made set up very easy and there is no more blade drift what-so-ever. My resawing experience (California Black Oak) has improved dramatically using his advise.

Excellent blade
Great for rough cutting and large radius curves. The stiff blade makes for fantastic straight cuts. Remember to take a stone to the back of the blade to remove the hard edge of the blade...makes for backing out easier if need be. Would recommend and buy again.

Great resaw blade.
I do a lot of re-sawing and I am very impressed with how this blade handles its chore. With any blade (or other tool accessory) routine maintenance on the saw is a must. Doing so augments the performance of the blade.

I bought this blade for re-saw work on my band saw. I have been cutting Chinese elm down to 1 inch and 1/2 inch thick boards from the logs. It's been doing a great job. no regrets.
